Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care unit in Goodyear, AZ. Multiple shifts (day, night, and mid) and various job types (full-time, part-time, per diem) are available. Applicants with ICU experience and ACLS are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions including vitals and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill, unstable, life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and telemetry.
• Respond to rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans of care.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
