HAN Staff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Midland, TX assignment. Local pay is $57.00 per hour with a travel package including lodging and stipends. Schedule is days, 3x12, 36 hours per week, with a 7 on/7 off rotation. Corrections RN specialty.

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Nursing Specialty: Corrections RN
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current RN license in State of TX,
Active BLS, ACLS,
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 years.
Additional certifications may be required
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements)
