Cura Health in Watkins, Minnesota is seeking an RN Coordinator to provide administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing unit.

The RN Coordinator will coordinate communication between patients, nursing staff, physicians and other members of the healthcare team while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation. This role requires excellent communication and a commitment to quality patient care, with flexible hours and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Proven clinical nursing experience and/or healthcare work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily activities of the nursing unit for efficient workflow.
• Serve as a communication link between nursing staff, physicians, patients and families.

Cura of Watkins (formerly known as Hilltop) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized RN Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing unit. As an RN Coordinator, you will coordinate communication between patients, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation. This position requires excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting quality patient care within a healthcare environment. If you are a proactive nurse with a passion for teamwork, Cura Health offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care coordination.

This position is fulltime, including every 3rd weekend. No holidays. This position typically goes from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, however there is flexibility with this managerial position, with the ability to flex hours for personal appointments, etc.
