Job summary

CURA of Watkins is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time evening team at CURA Health in Minnesota. You’ll provide resident-centered care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families in a CMS 5-Star, deficiency-free facility.

Hours are 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Starting pay is $40.25/hour plus experience, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license required.
• Evening shift availability.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy and care team.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Assist with transfers and changes in resident condition.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure quality care.

Position Details

• Full-Time Evening RN
• Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Starting evening rate: $40.25/hour + experience
• Every other weekend
• Holiday rotation

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and other members of the care team.
• Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns using sound nursing judgment.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Assist with transfers, and changes in resident condition.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to provide excellent resident care.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
