• Partner with patients and families to implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Coordinate education and discharge planning with the care team.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure quality patient care.
• Document all clinical practices per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and facilitate safe patient throughput.
