Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models the organization’s values to support excellent patient outcomes.

What You Will Do In This Role
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficiency and quality care.
  • Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services.
  • Collaborate to create a teamwork environment supporting improved outcomes.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
  • Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement, such as rounding initiatives.
  • Contribute to staffing, training, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage supplies and equipment.
What Qualifications You Will Need
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Oncology Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of applicable experience required.
