Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and embodies the organization’s values to support exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient, quality, patient-centered care
• Participate in assessing the quality of care provided
• Collaborate to foster teamwork and improve outcomes
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery
• Support nursing strategies to improve engagement, including rounding and initiatives
• Provide recommendations on staff hiring, training, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage staffing needs
• Support inventory control and equipment management

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Registered Nurse license
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate (must be obtained within 60 days of employment)
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 1 year of applicable experience required
