Qualifications

• RN registered nurse.
• BCLS and ACLS instructor credentials must be obtained within the stated timelines.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or RN diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
