Job summary

Lewis-Gale Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors nursing care and supports an exceptional patient experience.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and evaluate care, assist with admissions and discharges, and provide coaching to staff, contributing to improved outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• RN required for Clinical Nurse Coordinator role.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver high quality patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
