Job summary

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions in partnership with the management team. The CNC will monitor nursing care, serve as a staff resource, and support an exceptional patient experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, assist with admissions and discharges, and work with leadership to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure or registration.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
