Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois with active license.
• IDPH Instructor Approval Code (current or eligible).
• Experience in extended care.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work with young adults (16–19).

• Supervise students on campus, during transport, and at clinical sites.
• Support students in learning the 21 IDPH CNA skills.
• Document student progress and readiness for certification.
• Maintain safe, positive learning environments and timely communications with instructors.
