Job summary

The Technology Center of DuPage is seeking Clinical On-Site Supervisors to coordinate student rotations across outpatient facilities in DuPage County. This PRN role requires an IL RN license and eligibility for IDPH approval for clinical supervision, with fingerprint background check and TB testing requirements.

Assignments are pre-arranged at various sites; typical sessions are 8 hours, mostly Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid IL RN License.
• Qualify for IDPH approval for clinical supervision.
• Fingerprint background check required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the student rotations.
• Direct students to appropriate areas and staff members.
• Monitor student participation and professionalism.
• Facilitate communication between students and the clinical site.
• Assist students with their clinical packets.
• Help with questions regarding procedures or the clinical environment.
• Address concerns that arise during the clinical experience.
• Coordinate with Program coordinator for clinical site scheduling.
• Assignments will be pre-arranged at various outpatient facilities in DuPage and Cook counties with clinical site agreements.

• This is a PRN position. Clinical sessions are 8hrs long. Typical Saturdays / Sundays. (Typical Session Time) 7AM-4PM
  • There maybe dates and times that this adjusts due to clinical site adjustments.
• Clinical Supervisor will coordinate with Program coordinator for clinical site scheduling

Assignments will be pre-arranged at various outpatient facilities in DuPage County /Cook county with which the Technology

Center of DuPage has clinical site agreements.

Clinical on-site supervisors are required to undergo a fingerprint based background check and provide proof of a negative TB test

administered within 90 days of first assignment.
