Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks an RN/CNA Program Coordinator to lead the CNA training program, aligning curriculum, clinical instruction, and credentialing with State Board requirements. You will monitor outcomes, ensure data integrity, and support placement in healthcare settings.

You will build partnerships with local employers, mentor instructors and staff, and drive student success while maintaining confidentiality and program quality across the center.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years direct nursing experience
• Experience teaching adults or clinical education preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the CNA Training Program and oversee curriculum and clinical instruction to meet State Board of Nursing standards
• Track student outcomes and ensure data collection and reporting to the State Board of Nursing
• Coordinate credentialing and placement, ensuring high-quality supervision and student success
• Develop partnerships with local employers and workforce entities to support placement opportunities
• Supervise Wellness Services and mentor staff for career progression
