Qualifications

• Must meet one of: adult teaching and learning course; 40-hour CE in adult teaching; 1 year teaching adults; 1 year supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the CNA training program.
• Collect and maintain data on student performance and outcomes.
• Ensure program meets MS Board of Nursing, federal, and clinical facility requirements.
• Provide curricula and clinical instruction meeting MS standards.
• Mentor and supervise nursing department staff and instructors.
• Coordinate with the Center’s Workforce Council to align training with local needs.
