Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time RN to coordinate the CNA program in Mississippi. You will oversee the Nursing Department, provide clinical instruction, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will lead staff, mentor trainees, and drive student outcomes through individualized case management and Work-Based Learning opportunities that culminate in credential attainment and job placement.

Qualifications

• Mississippi RN license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct nursing experience, including at least 2 years in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the CNA Program: oversee Career Technical Training Nursing Department and provide instruction meeting Mississippi Board of Nursing standards and 42 CFR 483.151.
• Lead & mentor staff: interview, evaluate, train nursing department employees, provide staff development.
• Drive student outcomes: ensure individual case management, quality training, and Work-Based Learning leading to credentials and placement.
• Build healthcare partnerships with Workforce Council, local employers, and clinical facilities to align training with workforce needs.
• Maintain compliance and data integrity: manage reports and student data tracking for MS Board of Nursing and DOL.
