Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide and coordinate evidence‑based patient care across the care continuum. The RN will participate in decision‑making, teaching, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans of care and improve outcomes.

Adherence to ANA standards and the Code of Ethics for Nurses is required. Applicants should have an ASN or higher, hold an active Indiana RN license, and have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing

Qualifications

• ASN required
• Active RN license in Indiana
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Candidates without a nationally accredited program may be considered if they have more than 2 years of acute care experience (subject to review)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional advanced life support certifications may be required by unit/dept

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence‑based care across the care continuum (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Participate in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements
