Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Requires active RN license in Indiana or an NLC RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions for >2 years acute care experience subject to CNO approval.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care across the care continuum.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring and collaboration with the team.
