Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based nursing care along the care continuum.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA standards and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
