Job summary

Removery, LLC is seeking a Clinical Trainer Lead to drive onboarding and ongoing development of Laser Associates. You will create and deliver clinical materials, ensure training aligns with clinical standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve learning programs.

The role requires strong presentation skills, the ability to motivate staff, and frequent travel for training delivery. A leadership mindset and commitment to Removery culture are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in TX (active, unencumbered).
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of active clinical practice.
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of in-person and virtual training programs.
• Ensuring training content evolves with changes in business operations and standards of care.
• Build and maintain a library of learning resources for new and tenured staff.
• Motivate and educate team members on Removery culture and best practices for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate learning strategies, programs and materials.
• Present information using diverse formats (role plays, simulations, videos, lectures).
• Create assessments to gauge readiness (knowledge checks, tests).
• Certify trainees' capability to treat per clinical standards.
• Identify gaps and provide hands-on coaching to close them.
• Adapt training to different learning styles and provide follow-up support.
• Monitor effectiveness and refine delivery based on results.

Position Overview:

TheClinicalTrainer is aLeadLevel position that reports to theSenior Manager of Field Team Enablementand plays a pivotal role in theonboardingprocessand developmentofour Laser Associates.Their focus will be on the creation and delivery ofclinicalmaterials that provide effective, engaging, and results-driven training.They must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to motivate, teach, and inspire staff.They will monitor participants' results and use to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs.Collaboration with the stakeholders and business line leaders in the formulation of learning strategies, programs, and the associated learning materials, multimedia, and job aids may berequired.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Facilitationofin-person (classroom) and virtual training programs.

Ensuring that training content continues to evolve based on updates in businessoperations,clinical bestpracticesandstandards of care.

Building and contributing to a library of learning resources for new and tenured team members.

Motivating and educating team members on Removery culture, a meaningful client experience, and the technical skill sets that allows team members to conduct safe, effective, andoptimaltreatments.

Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in the formulation of learning strategies,programand learning materials.

Skilled in presenting information using a variety of techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.

Creating assessment measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests that gauge a new team members’ readiness to treat clients.

Evaluating and certifying a trainee’s capability to treatin accordance withRemovery’s clinicalbest practices and standards of care.

Identifyingindividual trainees' skill and knowledge gaps during training and providing hands-on coaching to close them.

Keen ability to adjust training based on audience learning style and opportunities.

Providing structured training support and follow up to field organization for both newly hired associates and established staff.

Monitoring the effectiveness of individual training sessions and materials, and refining delivery based on trainee results.

Required Qualification:

Education & Licensure

Active,unencumbered, validRN licensein the state of TX

Associate'sDegree(ADN) orBachelorof Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program

current BLS/CPR certification

3 to 5 years of active clinical practice

prior teaching, facilitation, or supervisory experience preferred

Preferred Qualification:

Licensure

Multi-state / Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license preferred

Experience

Experience in laser tattoo removal, med spa, or related aesthetic services preferred;Zenotiexperience a plus
