Job summary

Fotona is seeking a licensed RN or NP based in Dallas to join our team as a Clinical Trainer. This remote role requires up to 80% travel across the United States, delivering onsite clinical training on our aesthetic/medical laser systems to Fotona customers.

You will partner with Marketing and Sales, represent Fotona at trainings, events and workshops, and respond to customer inquiries while expanding knowledge of Fotona’s products and procedures. Clinical dermatology/lab experience not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in aesthetics/dermatology.
• Experience in Aesthetics and/or Lasers preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training to Fotona customers around the United States, following Fotona-approved protocols.
• Adhere to FDA clearances and compliance.
• Complete 6 to 8 trainings per month.
• Act as a primary contact for medical inquiries, product protocols and clinical applications.
• Help foster positive relationships between customers and Fotona teams.
• Represent Fotona with professionalism and integrity and maintain high customer satisfaction.
