People Incorporated seeks an RN Clinical Trainer/Case Manager to support the 24-Hour Residential Division in Fall River, MA. The role blends clinical training (75%) with case management (25%), ensuring MAP compliance, regulatory adherence, and high-quality nursing oversight.

The position requires MA RN licensure, 2+ years of nursing experience, and ability to travel to local residential sites. Schedule is typically 9am–5pm with some flexibility, offering opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Massachusetts required.
• 2 years’ nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year with intellectual/developmental disabilities population preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with medical professionals.
• Strong clinical judgment and RN-level practice.
• Willingness to travel to Fall River and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary trainer and clinical resource for new RN/LPN staff.
• Provide structured nursing training on MAP requirements and agency systems.
• Develop and validate nursing skills through precepting and competency checklists.
• Support documentation practices, care coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Lead MAP training including G-tube/J-tube, Epi-pen, and related modules.
• Coordinate healthcare policies and DDS regulations with residential programs.
• Offer on-site clinical support to address training and quality concerns.
• Monitor health of program individuals and assist with health assessments.
