Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; RA license in MA.
• Active RN license in Massachusetts and 2+ years of nursing experience.
• MAP Trainer Certification within six months of employment preferred.
• CORI background check and regulatory disclosures required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret medical/nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements and best practices.
• Audit health care records and develop documentation tools.
• Create individualized health care plans with providers.
• Train staff in MAP and health-related practices.
• Provide nursing consultation and coordinate complex health care needs.
