HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking an RN Clinical Support Coordinator to mentor new graduate and transitioning nurses, rounding on units to reinforce safe practice and guide clinical learning. You will support real-time learning, coaching, and escalation decisions to improve patient outcomes.

You will partner with unit leaders to strengthen training, promote accountability, and uphold safety standards in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required and BS degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• No travel required and no prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Rounding on nursing units to observe care and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Guide new and transitioning nurses through skill development and escalation processes.
• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes with debriefs.
• Teach and troubleshoot essential nursing skills and identify learning needs.
• Uphold safety standards and effective communication practices with teams.
