• Rounding on nursing units to observe care, provide in-the-moment coaching, and reinforce safe practice.
• Guide new and transitioning nurses through skill development and clinical judgment.
• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes with debriefs to reinforce learning.
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot essential nursing skills while identifying shared learning needs.
• Reinforce safety standards, regulatory expectations, and communication best practices (AIDET, Teach-Back, Narrating Care).
• Partner with unit leaders to support nurse growth, improve practice, and foster accountability and teamwork.
