Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend shift at Mercy Hospital South in Saint Louis. The role supports operations and patient care in designated areas, serving as a clinical resource and stepping in as staff nurse as needed.

Managerial duties may be delegated by the manager. Qualifications include an RN license in Missouri or compact licensure, 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, and BLS certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the listed options.
• Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, implements and evaluates operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients; functions as staff nurse as needed; assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
