Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for the weekend shift. This full-time role supports planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care in designated areas and acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The position requires Missouri RN licensure (or compact license), BSN preferred, and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience along with BLS certification. Day shift, 36 hours/week, benefits available.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Licensure: Missouri RN or compact license.
• Experience: 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care.
• Serve as clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform staff nurse duties as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
