This on-site role requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to ensure standards are met, including after-hours support when needed.

The position calls for a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice and a Bachelor's in Nursing; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license (NLC) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of assigned unit(s) and support Nurse Manager.
• Apply leadership principles to supervision and coordination of patient care and personnel.
