Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice; could include nursing support care or related leadership experience.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of assigned unit(s) and partner with Nurse Manager.
• Apply leadership and human relations principles to supervise patient care and personnel, including off-shifts.
• Maintain unit standards of practice based on current literature and professional standards; assist in delegating responsibilities as needed.
