Qualifications

• Two years of recent department specific experience required.
• Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs.
• Perform assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s).
• Act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s) and demonstrate critical thinking in patient care management and patient flow.
