Qualifications

• Two (2) years of recent department-specific experience required.
• Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department-specific preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care on assigned unit(s) while coordinating care with the team.
• Assess, treat and care for patients and families based on needs and policies.
• Act as a resource and leader to staff; manage patient flow and clinical operations.
