Job summary

Aura Health in Oklahoma is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care by guiding a skilled nursing team. You will collaborate with physicians and administration to optimize staffing, patient flow, and unit operations.

You will mentor staff, model professional standards, participate in evaluations with the Clinical Manager, and promote Aura Health's mission and values in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience.
• Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation.
• Certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs.
• Manage patient flow and bed allocation across units.
• Inspire shared vision and promote positive change among staff.
