The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and team members to improve processes and optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial objectives. They are responsible for appropriate staffing, patient flow, and bed management, working closely with the Staffing Office. The role involves inspiring and leading staff through change, modeling professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing mentorship and recognition. The Clinical Supervisor holds accountability for staff adherence to policies and regulatory standards, participates in evaluations alongside the Clinical Manager, and promotes the organization’s Mission, Values, and Service Standards. Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, and relevant certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS. Skills in communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and team leadership are essential. Preferred is a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
