Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Current RN license
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
• Certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred

Role Overview:

Demonstrates leadership by inspiring change, modeling professional standards, and engaging staff in continuous improvement. Provides mentorship, recognition, and support to foster a positive environment. Holds care providers accountable for responsibilities, policy adherence, and regulatory standards. Participates in evaluations in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, aligning duties with organizational values and standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, current RN license, 3-5 years hospital nursing experience, and certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
