Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will optimize staffing, collaborate with physicians and administrators, and help improve processes while meeting productivity and financial goals.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and support adherence to organizational policies and standards. A strong nursing background with leadership capabilities is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a current RN license.
• Requires 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience and relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS.
• Demonstrates strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

• Manage patient flow and bed assignments in coordination with the Staffing Office.
