MEP Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will optimize staffing, collaborate with physicians and administrators, and help improve processes while meeting productivity and financial goals.

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals, collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes, and ensure appropriate staffing for patient care.
Manage patient flow and bed assignments in coordination with the Staffing Office, inspire and lead staff through change, model professional standards, and foster a positive, collaborative environment. They provide mentorship, recognize staff achievements, hold providers accountable, and support adherence to policies and regulations. They participate in staff evaluations alongside the Clinical Manager and promote the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a current RN license. Requires 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience and relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Serves the medical cardiac population, managing patients with multisystem conditions and coordinating care involving cath lab, dialysis, infusion, and anticoagulation therapies.
