Job summary

Capitol Home Health in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to coordinate patient care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure services are delivered effectively. The role includes training, mentoring, and coaching to maintain high standards of care.

Ideal candidates have an RN license in Texas, 1–2 years of acute care and home health experience, plus 1–2 years of supervisory experience and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program, preferred.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1+ years of home health care experience.
• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home care.
• Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
• Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, required.
• Complies with accepted professional standards.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that care is coordinated, services are delivered, and care managed appropriately.
• The Clinical Supervisor supervises all clinical staff and provides training, mentoring and coaching as necessary.
