Job summary

Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe operation of the unit, oversee patient care, staffing, finances, and strategic goals. The role promotes service excellence and maintains clinical competency across the patient population.

The supervisor collaborates with the Director to implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care and a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license (multi-state preferred).
• BLS/CPR certification required; CPI certification as per unit policy.
• Experience in acute care and demonstrated leadership ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to emergencies, staffing changes, and shift adjustments.
• Leads crisis response with confidence, delegates as appropriate to team.
• Sets priorities, assigns duties at each shift start, and adjusts as needed.
