Adara Home Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team at our Minnesota location. You will direct clinicians, ensure care plans align with physician orders and agency policies, and drive quality and compliance across daily operations.

You will mentor staff, schedule visits, manage on-call processes, and foster collaboration with physicians, hospitals, and payers. A valid Minnesota RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as RN in Minnesota with no limitations.
• Must pass background screenings including MDH and OIG.
• Requires access to reliable transportation for travel to multiple stops.

Responsabilités

• Direct clinical activities of assigned clinicians at a company location.
• Plan clinical services and ensure quality levels meet professional standards.
• Manage daily branch clinical operations for quality, cost efficiency and compliance.
• Lead delivery of client care services including scheduling and case conferences.
• Mentor and supervise staff; enforce policies and performance goals.
