The position requires a RN or PT license in Minnesota, five years of health care management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. A competitive salary with bonus incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive health care experience with management responsibility.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and clinical judgment to support safe client care.
• Excellent written and oral communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop leadership and staff at location.
• Willingness to learn new software and use Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the company mission and values in relationships with staff and clients.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, policies, procedures, and quality measures.
• Oversee staffing, patient assignments, referrals, and plan of care for compliance with payer requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, supervision, evaluation, training, and discharge of staff per policies.
