Job summary

Adara Home Health is seeking an Area Manager in Minnesota to oversee client care services, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role reports to the COO and supports growth through strategic planning and performance improvement.

The position is full-time, in-office, with on-call rotation, offering a strong benefits package and a base salary range of $100,000–$118,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and currently licensed in Minnesota; or licensed as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota and registered with the Board of Medical Practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable automobile for travel to multiple company business stops.
• US Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
• Disclose any criminal history related to health services; background checks and screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client care services and staff performance at the assigned location.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Oversee referrals, admissions, and the development/updates of client Plans of Care.
• Monitor financial indicators, payer guidelines, and quality metrics for the site.
• Lead onboarding, supervision, evaluation, and ongoing staff development.
• Implement safety programs and participate in on-call processes as required.
