You will mentor staff, oversee case management, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and maintain compliance, documentation, and quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Minnesota RN license without restrictions.
• Must pass background checks and TB testing.
• Access to reliable transportation to multiple work sites.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
