Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the unit-based nursing team in our Atlanta-area campus. You will oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care within your unit.

In the absence of the Manager or Director, you may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility and work with a unit-specific patient population to maintain seamless operations and safety.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with at least 2 years in a clinical area and 1 year in a specialty.

Mansioni

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.

1. Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
2. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
3. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED:

1. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
