Aveanna Healthcare in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations and internal case management for medically fragile patients in home care. You will mentor field staff, coordinate start-of-care processes, and ensure nursing care meets Aveanna standards.

The role combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership, including discharge planning, care plan validation, and staff development across a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise nurses providing in‑home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development.
• Perform Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities to home care.
• Review physicians’ orders and update care plans and documentation as needed.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff. Enhance the clinical expertise of field staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with the operations and business development team.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies and procedures.

Position Details

• Compensation: $60,000+ base salary + quarterly bonuses + paid rotating on-call.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours; full-time with on-call rotations.
• Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73116
