Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QAPI programs and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate staff education and competency validation.
• Lead risk management activities and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement plans of correction to address quality and risk concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; collaborate with leadership to mitigate risks.
