Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital acute care nursing unit.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science of Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution.
• Data abstraction experience.
• Electronic medical records experience.
• Software applications experience, including Word Processing and Excel.
• Research and statistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Review patient mortalities, restraints, and support of sepsis improvement team.
• Analyze readmissions to inform performance improvement initiatives.
