Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center seeks a nurse to support clinical performance improvement and outcome analysis. You will abstract data, analyze trends, and present findings to drive quality initiatives across patient populations.
In collaboration with Medical, Nursing and ancillary staff, you will monitor performance, participate in outcome committees, and help advance sepsis and readmission reduction efforts in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Under the general direction of the Quality Leader, abstracts, analyzes, collates, reports, maintains and presents information for outcomes for measured patient populations in support of clinical performance improvement activities and peer review; Initiates clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring in collaboration with department staff, leadership and providers; Works with the Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams in the medical center and outpatient settings to improve patient care; and remains an active member of applicable measure outcome committees.
