Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center seeks a nurse to support clinical performance improvement and outcome analysis. You will abstract data, analyze trends, and present findings to drive quality initiatives across patient populations.

In collaboration with Medical, Nursing and ancillary staff, you will monitor performance, participate in outcome committees, and help advance sepsis and readmission reduction efforts in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
• Washington RN License required upon hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience in an acute hospital unit.

Responsibilities

• Abstract, analyze, collate, report and present outcomes for measured patient populations.
• Initiate clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring with departments.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams to improve patient care.
• Actively participate in applicable measure outcome committees.
