Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
• Washington RN license required on hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience in an acute hospital unit.

Responsibilities

• Review patient mortalities and restraints.
• Support the sepsis improvement team.
• Analyze readmissions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams to improve patient care.
