Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with 3-5 years hospital bedside experience.
• Certifications in healthcare quality and safety (e.g., IHI, CPHQ) preferred within one year.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and reports clinical quality data to inform decision‑making.
• Ensures accurate application of guidelines for quality data collection and participates in audits and mock surveys.
• Partners with leadership to develop quality improvement indicators and clinical projects.
• Prepares reports, presents data, and identifies opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Provides guidance, training, and educational materials to clinical staff on quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinates peer review processes, interpretive services, and monitoring activities.
• Communicates trends and improvement opportunities to hospital and medical staff leadership.
