Job summary

Plan A Health in Champaign, IL seeks a RN with 3–5 years bedside experience to serve as clinical quality and regulatory resource within the site Quality Management System. You will implement data tracking and reporting tools to analyze outcomes and support improvement and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with 3-5 years hospital bedside experience.
  • Certifications in healthcare quality and safety (e.g., IHI, CPHQ) preferred within one year.
  • Knowledge of clinical standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, analyzes, and reports clinical quality data to inform decision‑making.
