Job summary

Community Health System in Fresno/Clovis CA is seeking an experienced RN to join the quality and clinical governance team. The role focuses on elevating patient safety, improving CMS/Leapfrog measures, and driving data-informed improvements across our hospitals and clinics.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field, 5 years of quality or healthcare administration experience, and active California RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required.
• 5 years of quality, clinical, compliance, or healthcare administration experience required.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and requirements for process implementation (e.g., TJC, CDPH, CMS) required.
• Educational and training experience required.
• Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Elevate organizational quality performance and patient safety initiatives across hospitals and clinics.
• Identify trends in clinical outcomes and translate data into actionable insights.
• Partner with departments to support meaningful and sustainable improvements.
